Can I change plans later?
Yes. Change your plan from your site dashboard. Changes between paid plans are submitted immediately with prorated billing adjustments, then finalized after Stripe confirms them. Moving to Free cancels the paid subscription and applies the Free plan limits after confirmation.
What counts as an AI credit?
AI credits power the conversational site builder — generating layouts, writing copy, and applying design changes. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets at the start of each calendar month in UTC and does not roll over.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You can download your complete, editable project source on any plan. Export your source before cancelling or closing your account so you have a copy to keep.
Can I use my own domain?
Paid plans support custom domains within the limits shown above. Add your domain in the dashboard and follow the DNS instructions at your domain provider; TLS certificates are managed for you. The Free plan uses your included platform subdomain.
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth or storage?
Each plan includes the storage and bandwidth allowances shown above. Review your usage in the dashboard and choose a larger plan as your needs grow. Contact support if you need help understanding your usage or choosing a plan.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately and suspends the associated site. Export your project source first, and review the cancellation and refund information before confirming.
